As has been said many times on here before, wingers by nature are inconsistent beasts. The role that they play and the things that they do are more risky than most other positions. They are going to lose the ball more than anyone else on the pitch, because of what they have to do, the risks involved, and because of the (relatively) low risk areas that they play in.

Deulofeu might be a bit more frustrating than the average winger, but when he gets it right he looks superb.

Yes! If they fail to beat their man at least they tried. And it might not work everytime but when it does its ace. Better than passing it sideways at 0-0
