I don't dispute that he'll leave, my initial comment said that. It was the rest of your post that confused me.

I'm going to adopt him as my first child.
Bet you didn't think you'd be saying that when you started his original thread!

Everton star Gerard Deulofeu spent an evening with some of his adoring fans at Hilton Liverpool on Tuesday night, and it's safe to say that the Spanish star has taken to his new home as much as Blues fans have taken to him. "I love Liverpool," he said. "When I came here the first year I lived in Sefton Park. Now I live in Manchester, but I still come here for dinner or to walk my dogs."
After a successful loan spell from Barcelona in 2013/14, Gerard returned to Everton full-time in the summer, which in turn meant a permanent relocation from Catalonia to the North West.
And, as you would expect, there's at least one obvious difference between the two. "The weather!" Gerard laughs. "It's so different because it's always raining. But it's not a problem. "The people are different too. Here there is a lot of passion when they go to the game, it's incredible. In Spain, they are more relaxed."
His days off after a game are all about recovery (and sleep) but when it comes to dining out, Gerard still has a few Liverpool favourites. "For dinner I like to go to Amalia restaurant," he says. "It's Italian but the people in there speak Spanish. I also like Sapporo."
Gerard Deulofeu poses for Everton's 12 Shades of Blue charity calendar
Gerard, along with 11 of his Everton team-mates, stars in the 12 Shades of Blue charity calendar, which sees the Blues players strip off to raise money for the club's official charity, Everton in the Community.
So was he nervous about getting his kit off? “No! It was good. When I was asked I was happy to say yes, it was a pleasure to make the calendar and it’s a good cause.” The 12 Shades of Blue 2016 calendar is available to buy now from Everton megastores and Everton Direct . It costs £10, and all proceeds will be donated to Everton in the Community.
