Should have stayed on last night, or at least have been replaced by Lennon.

To remove all balance and pace from our team when another goal for us would have killed the tie was unforgivable tbh.

Never been a fan of Del, for me I would've dragged him of after that 2nd half miss that any decent player would've put away. I cant believe a young lad like him is blowing out of his arse after 60 mins it's not as if he's putting in a major shift a lot of the time he just ambles through games, take last night we had an attack which broke down he just walk back with no effort to get back onside and when the ball came back forward from our defence he was still offside the crowd around me were going mental at him, he then kept looking at the bench and his demeanour was saying please take me off I've had enough, unless his fitness improves ( if he's not fit now he'll never be) and until he gets to grips of the demands of the PL he will continue to frustrate.

Or maybe he kept Sterling and Clichy quiet. They had no threat at all down their left until he was replaced by that utter joke Kone. He was the only one likely to make anything happen. Game was over as soon as he come off as once city inevitably scored we had zero going forward.

If Kev isn't fit for Sunday, I'd start Del in the No.10 position. Lukaku needs a rest, so Kone is gonna have to start, but we need a threat behind him. McCarthy and Barks in the middle, Lennon out wide.

I would have definitely kept him on last night unless he was injured or something, he was causing them problems with his pace and he would have been ideal for us when we tried to quickly break on the counter attack.

Because this is the first season thats he's been a consistent starter in a League that is lightning quick. Lukaku struggled when he first came on loan, Deulofeu will adjust to it and become fitter.
The one good thing is that I think its highly unlikely that Barca will be calling back any time soon

What a classy player he is. He appears to have ironed out most of the inconsistencies in his game and you just feel something will happen every time he gets the ball. He reminds me of a young Ronaldo at United; he would genuinely have you on the edge of your seat when he had the ball but could have poor judgement at times. I would take him to United in a heartbeat. It's a very rare quality these days in a player to be able to beat a man with such ease and also have pretty impeccable crossing, to moot.

I guess the fear for Everton fans is that Barca will look to take him back if he keeps impressing. Even if they took him back to reap more financial benefits in selling him on to someone else for a bigger fee.
