He needs to man up a bit and work on his fitness, give Ronald no option but to play him

Mate he was blowing like a 50 a day smoker after 5 minutes every game.

Now clearly thats down to the manager and coaching staff, but he wasnt able to be useful for longer than 20 minutes a game.

If he wants to kick on hes gonna have to start putting in the work.

..by Conor, do you mean McAleney? If so, I'd be surprised if he's part of the first team squad next season. He wasn't a regular starter for Wigan and I can see him moving on.
