Everyone knows he has the talent, but people question his application/attitude. I'm personally of the opinion that that's a problem of the past. Look at how much he improved his game between his loan here and last season. And that was with a write-off of a season in between. It's not just 'hes better' - he started getting his head up, looking for teammates, tracking back. Those are all mental, attitude things. Plus, he says he wants to be like Ronaldo - probably the greatest example in football of hard work and determination to make the most of your abilities.

I think we're incredibly lucky to have him at this stage of his career right now. Hopefully the realisation of potential, and rise to the top of the game, can be mirrored between Deulofeu and Everton as a club.

Just watched this as well, and multiple times he talks about how his work ethic is so important to him now.

Think he was playing too deep at times last season. He needs to have the mentality of a forward if he's to get anywhere close to reaching his potential. Basically he should spend all his time watching 1970 matches of Jairzinho. He's got a lot of what the great Brazilian had. God I'd love it if we could get Rafael Alcantara and Dennis Suarez here to join him, think they all have world class potential.

He'll be a revelation under a proper manager. Koeman will bring the best out of him. We've seen some very good flashes but Ronald will bring consistency to his game.

If we are heading in the direction that we all hope then there is the real potential for him to be up there with those that we hold in the Legendary bracket, as is the case with a number of our current crop of youngsters.

I'm currently more excited about Everton than Gemma Collins in a McDonalds with a book of Big Mac vouchers!!
