Getting beaten by lesser teams at home - the wake up call

Losing is part of the game but we lose with no fight or desire,we don't have no leaders in this squad just alot of bottle jobs.

Too much rotation and weird systems

A lack of effort and commitment from various players

An arrogance that we can just turn up and win without rolling our sleeves up.

I agree in part to this but when it goes well, what you say could be changed to

Clever use of the squad and flexible formations

I agree on the effort and commitment, but I was previously putting that down to the Koeman-Silva-Allardyce players, but out of those:
Siggy - frustrating - his body language never shows effort and passion, but he's cool under pressure and shows good results when he's in the mood, so that's a problem for me
Digne - I think he's fine, not quite consistent, but that's why he's one of the best in england, not the best in the world
Gomes - Also don't want to criticise his attitude as he's had problems they say, but still not the fight and courage we need
Keane, Holgate, DCL, Davies - even if they've not been consistent, don't thin that passion and fight are a problem?
Pickford - mixed
Richy - fine with character I think, just needs guidance and coaching

I dont' understand where to pinpoint the mentality problems of not turning up and fighting - Iwobi? Coleman?
In any case I think it comes down to the Captaincy again. I think we need one consistent captain who is always in the first XI we have had Holgate (pre season), Davies I think, Coleman, Siggy, Keane and Digne and I think we need to settle on one club captain who is also always in the team, and make sure it addresses the main problems - lack of fight, not sticking to tactics, losing focus and energy, and communication

We have a losing mentality, we have forgotten how to win. I am not talking about individual games but in a consistent manner. I have no doubt that when our players go out on the field they believe they are trying but they simply are not putting themselves on the line for the shirt. When do we see our shirt fillers running 50 or 60 yards and putting in a tackle, when do we see an Everton player losing his head with a team mate for not doing what is needed to win. When do we see a tackle going in that lifts everyone, when do we see passion. We need it on the field of play not the next day when one of our over paid excuses for a professional sportsman comes out with the rallying cry about learning lessons and sticking together.
I don’t know how Duncan Ferguson watches these people going through the motions on a Saturday and then have to coach them on a Monday when he knows whatever he tells them about the club and the people who support the club means nothing to them.We need to rid ourselves of a number of players and I don’t just mean the ones who simply aren’t good enough for a top 4 team we need to get rid of those who aren’t committed to making Everton a top 4 team.

It shows that we do not have a good collective plan when we ourselves have the ball, and when we lose it, so that we can regain the ball early and constantly attack. We have to improve this for the next season.

Lads, we're talking about a football club that allowed Panathinaikos to kick off in the midday heat in the European Cup... imagine the RS allowing their oppos to get away with such a thing. We'd lose to Bhutan XI at that time, especially if everyone went Noel Coward as soon as they left the changing room.

We're too bloody soft half the time.

Oh you mean like we can't pass it forward to a player in a Blue shirt - efficiently and often enough - unlike every other side in the PL?

“Unlike every other side in the PL”

That’s probably why we’re ahead of 12 of them (14 if we were to win our game in hand)

Was it late afternoon their time mate? Was it that hot in March?

1 win , 3 defeats.
4 wins. GOT is full of new top 4 threads.

Lose the subsequent game. GOT goes into melt down. The streets run yellow with urine.
