The crowd can only do so much. Every atmosphere at any stadium requires something on the pitch to be shown in return. As soon as Wolves scored we had nothing left. Can't blame the fans for that.

And stop criticising fans who spend their own money to watch the absolute drivel on show.

They'll be watching Everton play Blackpool next season if they dont take control of the situation at Goodison.

We had our worst ever run of form at Goodison (maybe topped this season?!) when there was no crowds/COVID...

It's not, though. There is no feasible way for the crowd to overcome poor performances.

One main reason for halving the number of season tickets was on show today.

The crowd were abysmal: defeated while it was still 0-0. What Goodison needs is fresh blood coming in every Saturday to mix up the atmosphere. Cup games always have better atmospheres due to this.

Call me a dreamer, but it also gives more people the opportunity to go the game who otherwise couldn't afford the cost of 19 homes matches a season.

The crowd started completely up for it.

They made it loud and pretty hostile for the opposition

However it sucked the life of us all when we seen that woeful slow play and no one moving about

Like just play quicker? Show for the ball it's basic stuff

The players have got to look like doing something though. If we'd pinned Wolves back for 5 minutes, the crowd would have got involved. What can you do as a fan when the opposition are stroking the ball round like a training session?

Nah, what goodison needs is a group of players playing in it who actually give a toss about the club that is paying for their millionaire lifestyle and the supporters who work their bollox off in real jobs and pay a fortune to support and watch the team they love at goodison.

I'm getting up at 5 on Thursday morning for Newcastle. If they put in a similar effort then I will boo my lungs out at full time. They don't deserve unconditional support. If they think that sort of effort is good enough then they aren't fit to wear the shirt.

Was alright at first, but when holgate and Co trying to play from the back by god it was a hard watch

We really aren't hard to get onside.

Be brave, put the effort in and don't shy away from challenges.

It's genuinely that simple, the players don't deserve support if they aren't willing to do them 3 simple things.
