I just ran my arse off on 5-a-side and I'm starting my little own home workout thing, as I gained a lot of weight in the last 5 months due to inactivity. Hope this does me a bit of good, like.

Thinking of getting myself dumbbells, as I can't afford the current gym membership (that and I won't have the time to do that in a week or so anyway).
 
Had my last dominos tonight. I've just normally went the gym and had protein shakes but ate chips and that so its dont nothing to me really.
Just done a big shop on tesco which involved oats and turkey and found a 10week plan on a jarg website. Will give it a try and see if its decent.

If anyone else has another plan/workout, gis a link.
 

My doctor gave me a simple work out plan for a seven day cycle..... Run one day skip the next, run two days skip the next, run one day skip the next...


The runnings fine but theskippings killing me ha ha
 
Seriously though, ths week I played 5 a side Monday and Tuesday, done a bike ride Wednesday, football training again last night and 90 mins gym tonight.... I'm 37 ffs... Need a rest.

Left the gym and drove to Asda, picked up a 12 pack of ale and a family grab bag of cheese puffs all for me ha ha
