I eat a lot of the following in my diet

Chia seeds - great source of fibre, protein, potassium, and omega 3 - mix it in with porridge or in shakes or on salads
Nuts - Walnuts, Brazils, Almonds. Full of good fats, and lots of protein
Quinoa - an uber protein food, it contains all 7 amino acids that are essential for muscle repair
Sweet Potatoes - Fibre and protein, I find I now prefer the taste to regular spuds
Coconut oil - great for maintaining a fast metabolism/fat burning
Meat - chicken, Turkey, and at least 2 Rib-eye steaks a week.
Full fat natural greek Yoghurt - yum
Most green veggies

I work to a 4-day training cycle

Day 1 Morning - Cardio/Circuits....30 minute blast
Day 1 Evening - Upper Body - 1 hour

Day 2 Morning - Cardio/circuits....30 minute blast
Day 2 Evening - Abs - 1 hour

Day 3 Morning - Go for a run about 3-5 miles
Day 3 Evening - Lower Body - 1 hour

Day 4 Rest day

Rinse and repeat

Aki stalked one of my mates Mark. He still squirms when its brought up. Sack that like.

He is a big fella like, with a scary memory as well. He saw us years later in town and remembered we were from Kirkby, one of my mates let him on his back and squatted him a few times. He had moved onto Rugby league youngsters then to terrorise, we were safe and not up to his credentials.

He has took some beatings over the years. People in the north east used to think he was an urban myth, had to Google stories to show them.

Oh aye, I've seen him plenty but never squatted for him. Mark was into power lifting so it was like a beacon for him.

You're spot on he's banished to the wool towns now. How old are you lid?
 
Down to 80.2kg this morning lids, from 82.9 two weeks ago. Buzzing. If I am 80.5 or less after the weekend I'll be made up, haha.
