Sweet my Myprotein whey protein has arrived. Chocolate and peanut butter flavour, hah! Tastes delicious!
 

I need to get out of the habit of buying 5kg of unflavoured protein from that site.

Why mate?

PS am I right to assume when they say one 25g scoop it's the equivalent of a large spoon?

I did half/half water/milk 250ml in the shaker, but topped it up with a bit more water to about 350ml. Tastes good.

Because its only about £5 cheaper and tastes like utter utter arse.

No id say a 25g is bigger than a heaped large spoon.

Sound la. I'll google it to be sure. Yeah get yourself a flavoured one, but beware the choco ones have 8% less protein than the unflavoured ones.

Throw a scoop in some porridge (oatmeal) for breakfast before one of your runs mate..... Not only does it taste great but its a good protein boost. Only add it to cooked porridge though.... like after its cooked, mix a scoop in and stir it up. If it seems dry, just add a little more water obviously.

I seriously can't get enough of the stuff. I prefer the Vanilla flavour but this peanut butter sounds pretty nice like
 
Yeah! Wasn't expecting it to taste so good, but it's cool. Hoping I can start to see good results now with my regular jogging, lots of football, healthy diet plus whey protein mix.
 
Sometimes i will also have a protein shake after a work out, in addition to my scoop each morning with my oatmeal. Monday through Friday my work outs consist of weight training and a bit of cross fit mixed in. So after a work out which typically lasts between 60 minutes and 90 minutes, i will sometimes have a shake and i mix 1 scoop per 8oz of water.

I have also started having coconut oil each morning, 2 spoonfuls. Adding this to my morning routine of taking fish oil and multi-vitamins. My life has changed so much and for the better
