Done back and biceps today, legs tomorrow.

On the way home from the Gym I was tempted to goto McDonalds for a double sausage and egg mcmuffin meal. Intentionally never brought my wallet for that purpose. Had porridge instead.

That was a nice lunch: salad with 1/3 of the provided creamy dressing, with chicken and parmesan, plus chopped up and lobbed in a massive tomato. Then a pot of cottage cheese.

Stuffed now.

Weighed in at 73.2kg today, after having bounced around a bit in the last few days. I've noticed a slightly alarming pattern that I tend to be lightest on days where I've been drinking the previous day, probably due to more weight lost thru dehydration.

had a nice 2hr skate around Battersea park, felt suprisingly good. All my weightloss and cross training is paying off already, as I am keeping much lower heart rate than I was used to before. Gearing up for some serious training mileage this weekend!
 

Did my first leg session in ages today. Well, I say leg session, I only did 4 exercises with some upper body and core, but it's a start.

My legs feel like 50kg rolls of lead.
 
Played football at 10:00 this morning for 90 minutes, good workout. Same tomorrow evening, then back on the jogging Tuesday, probably Thurs and Friday or Saturday too. :)

Far from an expert here Bry, but I got diagnosed with arthritis in my knee, and got told that bikram yoga would be good for it, theres a fella that goes that has all sorts wrong with him poor guy, he's got a kind of hunchback thing and some other issues, he can't do all the exercises, but plods on without harming himself, and due the the nature off it it keeps the weight off him, maybe that could be an option mate
