What's your diet like as well mate, are you getting some decent carbs down you?

I think so, depends what you mean by decent carbs? I eat bread and pasta (both whole grain) pretty much daily, rice occasionally and a fair amount of fruit and veg
 
Has anyone tried (Protein Works) protein, think there partnered up with everton, they let you do custom blends so might give it a whirl
 

There aren't many better sites than a 5kg pillow of protein. It also came with the biggest bubble wrap I've ever seen in my life. I scared the living hell out of my mum a few times yesterday. Great stuff.

Ever ordered from Musclefood? You get loads of frozen bags to keep your stuff cool. Still got quite a few of them. Proper useful like.

I've seen that site but never used it, but I do intend on getting a load of chicken breasts at some point.

Surely all that protein whey stuff can't be good for your overall health..?
Just eat a chicken!

Probably not great but I have no idea! I've not had any protein powder since about November. Haven't really missed it as I've cleaned my diet right up, so I'm thinking 1 protein shake a day will just give me that little bit extra.
