Toning is a word that makes no sense. Your muscles are already 'toned', they'll just be hidden under some bf. If you're talking about working a bodypart/ muscle to bring it into better synergy with the rest of your physique then that would make more sense.

Aye that's it. And stuff like rounding out my shoulders more, reducing traps etc. Dimensions of muscle groups rather than other stuff.

This is incredibly gay anyway. Stop it.
 
Every sportsperson needs a coach. Even the top sportspeople.

Much better to go for a balanced program with a combination of vertical push and pull and horizontal push and pull, for both upper body and lower body. Everyday should be legs day.
Most fellas who go near a gym ignore the pull exercises - chin ups, pull ups, horizontal pull ups, deadlifts and so get overdeveloped front muscles - leads to injuries and forward slouching
 
Thinking about getting racing handlebars but onto my road bike, as I only have flat handlebars at the moment. Not sure if it'll be worth the money it'd cost though (of which I have no idea) or whether its worth getting a better bike entirely.

Converting from flat to drop handlebars is rarely done in my experience, simply because you'll also need a new groupset which cost obscene amounts when bought separately, making the whole exercise pretty pointless.

What tyres you running? If you want the ride (if not the body position) similar to a road bike its worth trying out narrow tyres (23 or 24mm).
 
I was 73.5KG for ages, then hurt my back. Went up to 78! Now I'm 76. Hoping to get back to 73 this week with some cardio and that.

I never usually wear shorts but my new gym is so hot I'm going to have to start. Looking at my pale legs here and there's not a great deal of muscle on them. Going to have to start taking legs a little more seriously I think.
