Well done.Just completed my first ever 5k. A charity event. A good laugh as I ran it with a few mates.
27.55 was my final time. Not bad for a 256lb guy. Buzzing with that time.

Well im not really built for running. I prefer lifting and want to stick with that. However this event runs again in the spring and ive already decided that I will enter and try and beat that timeWell done.

Just did diamond pushups, very difficult. 3 sets of 10 reps to start me off. Tried clap push ups, incredibly difficult, so did explosive pushups instead without the clap, still very hard. 3 sets of 8. Not even attempting 90% of that video but there's some good ones in there!
I just tried to do the L-shaped thing he did (lifting his body off of the floor and holding it in an l-shape). Blooming heck lol
I'd love to be able to do the dragon walk he does, imagine being strong enough to do laps of that round the gym lol
You don't often see the bulky blokes like that being strong (pound for pound). Fair play to him though, those things are bloody tough.
