Ran 6 days this week, including a 3hr run today, although took quite a few mini breaks. Felt pretty good at the end. Fitness is definitely improving very very slowly but surely.
I have signed up to do a 100 miler in June. Hey ho.
 
popped a tendon in the back 5 weeks ago.
has been torture. longest time off exercise in about 5 years

went out for a 40 min cycle today. felt good
back gets tight sitting down though
 


Did a century on the bike at the weekend, not ridden that far before. Pretty flat one, around Cheshire.
Felt decent all in all, just my feet got quite uncomfortably numb, and it wasn't due to tight shoes or the cold. Going to take a close look at the cleat position to see if that makes a difference [could just be down to not being used to long road rides].
 
1:45 half marathon on Sunday.
A bit disappointed with that, but please that I ran successively faster 5km splits all the way.
