Dear Mr Moshiri - you are the overwhelming shareholder so bin the rest, get dispassionate business people in on salaried contracts to oversee the running of the Club as an international business ( not some parochial venture), get in a young, aspiring Manager and (if need be) a DoF who can get on with doing his/her job without interference from above, don't listen to 'yes men' or sycophants who are just in it for themselves, sit back, don't interfere and let the rest get on with it.
