I think it might not be a bad idea to put something together: In so doing I would want everyone to contribute a unique, respectful, 2 or 3 sentence comment.
We don't need "x,y,z is a total loser" type stuff - what we do need is URGENT, POSITIVE AFFIRMATION of what this club stands for - needs to stand for, what we demand, what is going wrong (has gone wrong) but again I wouldn't sanction any personal attacks. So, if we are to get through to him by saying things like "I don't think you should be appointing managers with (recently) indifferent records or "just because someone has your ear" or "someone is (cheap) and (available) doesn't add up to our motto.
Because we certainly are not "too big" to go down - in fact I haven't heard that rubbish yet in relation to our club (whereas it was wheeled out for clubs far "smaller" than us - typically Villa, Leeds, Newcastle, Man City (in days gone by) and of course Chelsea, Spurs, Man Utd even have been relegated in my lifetime!!
Your thoughts?

I‘d start any letter by thanking Moshiri for the money he’s invested into the club, as well as thanking him for the stadium he’s currently having built.I think it might not be a bad idea to put something together: In so doing I would want everyone to contribute a unique, respectful, 2 or 3 sentence comment.

Booo the OP wanted sensible suggestions thus us just nonsenseDear Farhad
If you are serious about making this club better then please do the following:
Appoint a young manager looking to prove themselves for the long term
Appoint a director of football and let them do their job free from interference
Employ the best footballing experts in every area of football operations
Employ the best business and commercial experts in every area of the commercial operations
Let them do their jobs
Stop taking advice from people who do not care about our club
Lay out the collective club vision on how we move forward over the next few years
Listen to fans and create better lines of communication with supporters
Stop talking to the media directly through random texts or statements
Accept that you have made mistakes, apologise, learn from them, delegate to experts and then we can move forward.
If you cannot, or do not want to do the above, then please sell the club and let someone else take over.
Thanks
Tim
Too right, I remember seeing Denis Law scoring for City to send Man Utd down. They don't come much bigger than that. Watched it on the telly, typical Law goal, cheeky little back heel in the six yard box. He was nearly in tears as he turned away after watching it hit the net.No club is.
Not one.
it should be...No club is.
