Premier League rules state you need a minimum of three people on a board.

Kenwright, DBB and Sharp. So basically Bill and two yes people, who won’t speak out, won’t criticise and will never rock the boat. Sharp is on this board for this reason and to make up the three people to have as a board. He’s not on the board for the best interests of EFC. He knows this, but his picked his side.

Oh we also have the lowest board numbers in the league with three people. Can’t possibly have any more as they may not tow the party line..

Dont accept anything he has said hasnt destroyed his legacy but has ruined his rep with alot of fans will not be looked at the same. Yes some fans did confront the players but to forget the sit in was peacefull done well, and the media ect dont cover that. Even before the fan shaking lampards hands wishing him the best all wont be covered, the club still want to push that its on the fans. All them need to be gone

It's absolutely bizarre he's on the board in the first place. I suppose it all goes back to the favours he used to pull Kenwright when he hosted the Radio City phone ins all those years ago. Anti Kenwright sentiment was never tolerated with Sharpy in the studio.

He was a bootlicker even then. I listened to it every week and he tolerated zero criticism of the running of the club, and would always target the players rather than the Board.

As we plummeted towards the wrong end of the table, he refused to criticise the manager(s), repeating the phrase "be careful what you wish for" ad nauseam.

For a guy with an IQ in single figures, he has done well for himself.

It's someone advising the board, they don't have to listen to those people. There are plenty of alternative options to take before simply not turning up. They've taken a very cowardly option to remove themselves and used it as a means to blame, and continue to blame, fans.

I don't understand why he wants to tarnish his own legacy at the club. Firmly positioning himself alongside some of the most toxic people in the history of Everton. What is he thinking?

It's the same question to every board member...you're either making decisions or you're not. If you're not...leave.
