Graham Potter might be a more fitting choice if the club aims for a long-term transformation and is ready to support a manager with a strategic and developmental mindset.
Under Dyche, it feels as though we've been led to believe the team lacks the ability to play a passing game. I expect Potter would adopt a more measured approach initially, rather than diving straight into his characteristic "Potterball" style.
For me there is an element of risk moving to Potter, but would rather that than watch long ball every week. Also, impressed me the learning he has been doing since leaving Chelsea, very much the same as Eddie Howe when he was sacked.
