I've found Potter to be a bit odd in his TV media runouts.

Maybe you need to be. Judging him on Chelsea alone is obvs unfair. His record in Sweden, at Swansea and Brighton is decent. And he played for Northampton briefly where I was born, so er, you know. These things matter.

I still voted 'no' but yeah maybe a miss.

Potter is overrated. He did amazingly well in Sweden. Did ok at Swansea, but I think he was picked by Brighton more for transforming style of play but less so being successful at Swansea. Performance at Chelsea was poor. Overrated.
