BBC World service for me when i lived in Oz, i remember a particular segment regarding Peruvian rebel attacks on Japanese relief workers, Very harrowing indeed.

Book at bedtime is a firm favourite also, i love to drift off to the dulcet tone of a Vincent Price narration.

Yes Minister is on Radio 4 Extra on Thursday. Very, very funny.
Also, tomorrow night on Radio 2, is a new series on the history of prog music, which apparently started in the 1950s.

TMS, 5 Live Sport from midday on a Saturday, Giles Peterson on 6 Music, I also enjoy listening to radio 1 from 7pm onwards just to hear new music.

Ok well, I'm probably going to get called a boring get for these, but I like BBC Radio Merseyside. I know you're supposed to be over 90 to like it but I'll just have to be the exception to the rule.

Also, I listen to JazzFM - it's digital only these days but has some great stuff on there.

Funny, I never listened to radio much, but I have really got into podcasts in the last couple of years. Endlessly informative and engaging.

In our time, History Extra, Football Weekly, World Football Phone In, The Bugle, Dan Carlin's two podcasts, The Naked Scientists, Guardian Science, All imperative listening for me.
