Guardiola to be found out in the premier league

Only took the two and a half years to be found out. I think he has shown he is a decent manager but this is not the time to be slacking off. If he let's them win the league he is off my Christmas card list.

You wouldn’t know it from the media but they’ve done well to be where they are without de Bruyne, Silva, Mendy, Kompany, Aguero, and now Fernandinho for large parts this season. Would love to see LFC without equivalent players for a similar period. No chance they are on 51 points at this stage.

The big thing last season was that this City side was the best the league had ever seen. A dynasty was going to be built.

End of the day they're just a good side. That's it.

They're not just a good side. They are a very, very good side and one of the best the league has seen.
Having a wobble and have a few injuries - notably Fernandinho who is a HUGE miss for them.

The only concerning thing is the comment from Pep yesterday saying that his players have lost faith.
Not the kind of thing you want your manager to ever say publicly or even in private regardless if it's true or not.

Der best manager football has ever seen who has ONLY ever managed beyond enormous clubs(stature or financial) is saying he can't motivate his players anymore?

Yep, mark of a great manager right there.

And that's where he still needs to prove himself.
His team crumbled in the CL last year as did Bayern a few times while he was there.

All well and good buying the best talent out there for huge money but can he get the best out of them when the chips are down as you say.

Compare that to Poch at Spurs who despite not making any signings in the summer and having a relatively poor start to the season have got better and better as the season has gone on... leapfrogged city this weekend and well in the title race.

Not for me. The best sides last longer than one season.

And what he's said has been echoed by ex pros towards other teams after theyve won the league. The modern players don't want to keep winning.
