Guardiola to be found out in the premier league

Terrible value for money all in all. I can see the rs tailing off next season in a similar style though. The question for these now is how much cash will they be able to fling at it and how big a squad is feasible.

No way are they winning the CL, the defence is championship standard, Cancelo a 50 million flop, Walker always has brain farts, Fernandinho is a old rookie in the position, Otamendi and Stones are utter gash and Zinchencko is hilariously bad, and Mendy is a full time Clown/Jester and part time Footballer.

Ederson I've never rated, great with his feet but goals they conceded always makes me think a better keeper saves that.

Real have nothing to lose and will go right at City, any team who goes with that mindset always wins against them, the defence under Pep has always been suspect but the PL is mostly full of cowardly managers who never exploited that glaring flaw in his City sides and showed his sides far to much respect.

If CAS hopefully ban them from the CL, Pep will be gone to Juve.

This all day long.

Not to question "Baldy" at this game we call footy (as I'm one myself and dont have as many accolades :)) but you have to think playing Fernandinho in the defense instead of def mid is hindering massively them as well. They've been unlucky with Laporte out for sure but with the money he's spent on centre backs, I cant believe more in the media aren't questioning this strategy. In fact, looking at his full back buys and how they've turned out it would be easy to argue his defensive purchases have been very ordinary indeed and thats being kind!

With the money he has got he shouldn't have these problems. Sterling has been terrible since I put him in my fantasy team the little bell. Fully expect 4/5 new players to come in for them in the summer.

Sterling seems to have fell off a cliff, compared to the form he was in last season and maybe the 1st month or so of this. Someone was saying the radio the other day, since his spat with the RS Gomez on England duty, his form has been awful.

You have to think, regardless of if the 2 yr ban is upheld or not, that he's under massive pressure right now to get them the CL. His record post Barca is extremely poor considering the funds at his disposal.
