Guardiola to be found out in the premier league

He’s added to it more than anyone else could have (aside from probably Mourinho), just look at the Frank Lampard stuff, everyone is lauding Lampard as a hero when in reality Klopp has played him like an absolute puppet

What, has he? Why? By just being the same as he is every day of his life? I severely doubt his antics were some grand plan to wind Lampard up.

Klopp was exactly the same at Dortmund as he is now and they were exactly the same rabid cultists getting under people’s skin when they had Benitez.

Klopp must be a nightmare to watch a film with. Bouncing all over the place. Whoose this....why did this happen....

They have a style and system that works for them. They play with pace, movement and one touch passing and they all know what to expect.

Even most PL fans could give you the predicted City lineup, yet Pep goes and changes the formation, removing creativity and it results in sluggish performace with a lot of sideways passing. They couldnt get out of first gear.

Being defensively weak?

Pep’s teams (all of them) have a soft underbelly.

His Barca side (the greatest team I’ve ever seen) had, in Xavi, the best central midfielder in the history of the sport, and alongside him was a world class player in Iniesta. Those two played keep ball ensuring that weak backline and average gk was rarely (if ever) exposed. Pique...Bambi on Ice, has always looked dreadful against pace. Mascherano, a midget playing out of position alongside him. The problem for the opposition is to hurt them you had to get the ball first, and that ain’t happening with the central midfield they had. The bang average gk had the deckchair out in most games, while the two full backs didn’t have much defending to do and spent large chunks of the game in the opposition half.

Since he’s left Barca he hasn’t been in another final. That’s nearly a decade. His teams cannot defend, and that’s a killer against quality in the best knockout competition in the world.

I really don't know why this lunatic is given pet status on here. It's not like he's ever struggled as a Manager either for money or talent. He's never had to build a team or even be judicious in the transfer market.
Look at City, they were QPR before the money poured in. The last manager did what he's done on about a quarter of the wages and budget.
He's had everything he has ever wanted or needed and they've been shown up this season in the League and tonight on the CL.
If this blert was given our job with a 'sell to buy' remit, we'd still be struggling to break the top 7 in 3 years time.
He'd try and make Keane a ball playing Midfielder and want 400m to revolutionise the forward line.
I'd give him 2 months here before he started to gnaw at his own toe nails on the touchline.
