Doubt it. We worked with the PL to get our accounts/spending approved. Like any authority, you work with them, generally, they will respond well. But try it on, thats a different matter.

I'm guessing we are probably ok, the PL were in discussions with us regarding finances and there is no suggestion we declared anything incorrectly. Our issue was with the loss sustainability rules, although the Richarlison and Gordon sales have presumably helped that situation quite a bit.

Agree entirely, but the rules won't allow it. Football financial rules are all about protecting the established elite clubs, they are anti-competitive by nature.
