I would drop him to the bench and have a fluid front 4 of Richarlison, Bernard, Lookman and DCL. They could interchange within the game then bring Sigurdsson on when there is more time and space later on.

I don't think he's a bad player at all. Feel like a rest would be good for him. Started the season well and seems to be struggling now.

Weird one with him because he's obviously a good played and he always tried hard but he just wasn't very good today

Awful performance today. When he's good he's v.good but when he's bad he's shocking.

Made up to get the three points but Sigurdsson largely absent, which just isn't good enough considering his importance to the team
Now would have been the ideal time for Vlasic/Dowell to come in whilst he's off the boil form-wise. Maybe Bernard deserves a few games through the middle, or Gomes in a slightly advanced role with McCarthy coming back (reckon he could be very effective in Silva's style if he can stay fit)

AGAIN, he's not a 10. Bernard doesn't play the 10. Why do people keep thinking he's a 10.

Sigurdsson was fine today. He gave it a away a few times, but he also sprug a couple folks and created opportunities for others.
