Hopefully just one more game left of this gigantic disappointment. One of the most unfortunate transfers in our history despite his relatively decent form for big parts of last season. We'll take a 30 million pounds hit on him easily.

He basically played one incisive pass from open play in 90 minutes. I know he got the assist on the winning goal but that really wasn't even an accurate set piece as much as it was Richarlison being brilliant. Great is a few bridges too far for me.

He would destroy MLS and people would come in here completely serious saying we sold him too soon like Carles Gil who couldn't hack it in the PL isn't a 20 G+A per season player in that league.

100% disagree there. Are we talking about the same game?

He’s dreadful most games but he was key in the win and performance last night.
 

Decent game from him. It is up to Carlo to slot him into the position he does best in. I won't weep if he goes but we might get more from him.

Sorry but you are wasting your time on here protecting him ,if had scored a hat trick last night he would have still done something wrong . Played out of position most of the season ,joint top scorer last year beggars belief .He was unlucky slotting through some great balls last night but obviously it wasn't seen by the haters. Can't wait until the new players come in and they start on them -because we all know it will happen!
 
Regarding Gylfi performance yesterday do we say well done or about time, either way if we want to progress as a team having a player in the number 10 role needs pace and goals and assists in him, this is where he falls short big time
