He's not young enough for serious add-ons. If we cough up for him I doubt we'll see much change out of £45m.

Exactly this. I watched Swansea probably about 11 times last season and he was superb each and every time.

Living round here surrounded by city fans. Two I know asked me about siguardsson. I said I think he's a player, but not at 50m. Both said, he's been superb in a number of games against city, he was outstanding at the etihad last season, scored a great equaliser before city win it late on. Both said he'd be an excellent signing for us. However both agreed had been a very good window for us.
