Wasn’t brilliant, but wasn’t the worst.
Was well placed for a cut back in the first half but didn’t get it.
Was the only one who bust a gut in time for Niasse cross in the second half.
Closed down his opposite Number constantly.
Stuck out on the wing when he he’s been more successful through the middle.

Agreed. Our style of play isn't really expansive, which in itself doesn't support movement etc., but even when we do get opportunities it's rigid.

Obviously Chelsea are a much better team with high-calibre players in depth, but their play last week would have been a joy to watch as a neutral.

Same could be said with the likes of those lot across the park, Spurs or even the current Leicester: they read the game, move and have nice flicks.

Even if we did play more expansive football, as many are rightfully calling for, I still think we'd struggle to really break teams apart with fluid play.

Too many excuses for him. A 40 Mill David Bentley. He’s got a decent right peg and puts a shift in. That’s it. He’s made to look ok because the rest of the midfield is complete dog turd. None of the top 6 would have him in their team. ‘If he’s in the right position, if he’s got the right players around him, if he can play off a target man etc.’ They’re all excuses. He’s slow, weak, no left foot, and has a poor first touch. It’s yet more crap recruitment.

Fed up mate. You give this lot chance after chance and they disappoint you at the earliest opportunity. Terrible group of players that needs shifting on. Some of them didn’t play for Roberto, they didn’t play for Koeman, didn’t respect Unsworth and now after a mini bounce have stopped trying under Allardyce. They’re either not very good, have a terrible attitude, or both. Whatever it is they need punting.

Pochetino reckons it was a mistake to let him leave Spurs .
Good player when allowed to be and not worrying about the clown playing behind him.
Very good of late , but like the rest today (Pickford apart) was well off the pace.
 
...can’t remember him having too many opportunities to strike at goal from free kicks around the edge of our opponents box. Probably says lots about the way we play. Nice couple of games coming up to smash a free kick in the top corner.
