I'm not forgetting it any time soon. He's our record buy and it's a travesty after so many years as paupers.

Fact of the matter is that fees do help dictate expectations and he didn't meet them last year and it is fair to be disappointed in him.

Its only a travesty that he was forced to play under Koeman and Fat head Sam, but he is our record buy for two reasons, one being he is a very good player and the other that we havent had big coin to spend before.

I do agree on that the fee can raise expectations, however that has to be put aside for last season because of the general mess Walsh and Ronk made of everything else. If Siiggy isnt a star next season then questions might be justified
