Pint of water before bed is a common but strange shout. I'd be getting up for a pee in an hour. Either that or getting up to the Mrs shouting coz I should have got out of bed before having a pee.

Dioralite is good, just the minimum when you get in, then some in the morning, then try and get some kip again.

Tried Myrkl a couple of years ago when they first came out here, they do what they purport to but it does take longer to get drunk.

You do suffer a lot less on proper German lager, as it’s ingredients are 100% natural, due to their beer purity laws.

Even the bottled German stuff here, like Warnsteiner, is pure beer.

Jealous of people who get over hangovers so quickly. For me it’s like this:

0-2 pints - fine the next day
3-5 pints - not hungover but will have a bad sleep and feel tired the whole following day
6+ pints - hungover physically, sleep deprived and bad anxiety like a triple whammy of punishment
