Jealous of people who get over hangovers so quickly. For me it’s like this:
0-2 pints - fine the next day
3-5 pints - not hungover but will have a bad sleep and feel tired the whole following day
6+ pints - hungover physically, sleep deprived and bad anxiety like a triple whammy of punishment
The five pints on a school night are the worst.
At least with a hangover I know I’ve got nothing on the next day.
I feel so groggy in work when I’ve had a few the night before and never sleep properly.
