Happy Final Pay Day;

I wish him and every ex-Everton player all the best, but my god it is good to see these people off the wage bill. If the only thing the new owners do is to put a stop to these mad deals then i will be content. The one thing we cannot do is sign up players with bad injury records on wages nobody else would match if we needed to get rid.

Wouldn't be so sure on that!
Roma signed Pablo Dybala on a free on astronomical wages, knowing due to previous injuries he can rarely play 90 mins or consecutive minutes!

50,000 did turn out to greet him.

Just curious, if you were suffering from mental health problems and were unable to work because of it, how would react if your boss suggested you went on a reduced wage until you recovered?
There`s a big difference in someone on an average wage being out of work due to any sort of health related problems and the likes of Dele. When your taking home 500/600 quid a week after tax and might have sick pay for a couple of months to just keep the bills being paid, its hard to feel sympathy for the guy on 100k a week.

The sooner he is gone the better

Another disastrous signing that cost Everton tens of millions of pounds, by that utter disgrace Bill Kenwright or "Chairman Bill" as he self titled himself. 😡

All to keep people quiet as he sold off Richarlison

The people paying Dele's wages are infinitely more wealthy, so why should he loose out to help dig Mosh out of trouble

Fans who put money into Everton Football Club are paying it

Why it is important

Why the club has been ran like a circus. People act like Everton is a charity when it's a business

Over £5.2 million a year for a player who did not play. People wonder why we have had relegation battles?

When you waste resources like that you will struggle because resource is not contributing to performance of the business

Bill Kenwright and Co. deserve castigating for this wastage of our money

The thing I’ve never got about deli Ali and his health…

Why have spurs never commented or been questioned about there treatment of him ?

They must have known something wasn’t quite right and he was still technically there player wasn’t he ?

Because Bill Kenwright and Co. signed a lemon 🍋

Where was the due diligence? Did they not see the Netflix episode with him in?

Bill Kenwright didn't do due diligence. Clearly. He signed him

It's cost us an absolute fortune

I've been going mad about this for months/years on twitter @Eggs

I'd say we've lost about £25 million at least on him. He should never ever have been signed

I also can't believe some of our fans. I literally saw people say "pay the £10 million" (to Spurs) plus give him a new contact etc on twitter

After the interview he did.

People in our fanbase make decisions on emotion (involving tens of millions of pounds). Kenwright played on this overly emotional view and sentimentality our fans have

I do think some in the fanbase have little grasp that the club isn't a charity it's a business and needs to make business decisions

He was signed purely to boost egomaniac Bill Kenwright's profile in my view. See tweet 👇 Kenwright signing players was cited as a reason to keep Kenwright at the club by club-propaganda

I for one am glad to see the back of those days. Once and for all. Our club needs running like any business should. As a business.

Still furious at how much money we have wasted. It's all of our money. Wasted. Again. By Kenwright
