I’m sure it was a loan mateIt wasn't though. People have literally thought it was just a loan and it wasn't. It was a transfer.

Fan of the fruit machines?….we’ll never forget the ‘Crystal Palace Nudge’.
You may be a loan in thinking thatIt wasn't though. People have literally thought it was just a loan and it wasn't. It was a transfer.
You have made this thread and said you started another about wasting money which you started with Dele as well. We have wasted more money on many others so seems strange to have a focus on one individual. (But to be fair to you, you actually started the other one with Gbamin, not Dele).….what an odd response.
No, I don’t think I’ve ever opened a single thread about Dele, but I have used his transfer as an example of how badly the club has been run. Indeed, in that thread about ‘wasted monies’, I recall providing plenty of examples just as you suggest.
You have made this thread and said you started another about wasting money which you started with Dele as well. We have wasted more money on many others. Just seems odd to have focus mainly on one.
However seeing as I’ve just gone and found that thread and you also put Myko in there as wasted millions, I’m taking what you say with a huge pinch of salt.
Wasn't it 0 money up front? We have not though.
Fact check:
In 2 years Everton have paid £25 million for 13 appearances. £10 million up front and ca. £10.4 million in salary. Of those 13 appearances they were mainly as a sub so not even 90 minutes. So the £ per minute metric is even worse
It's a disaster and I'm 1000000% supporting what @Eggs is saying in this thread. As he's right.
BK did the deal .....Wasn't it 0 money up front?
Either way, directing your anger at Dele instead of billionaire Moshiri is proper mad.
My bad, BK instead of Mosh. I think my point still stands though.BK did the deal .....

The sooner he is gone the better
Another disastrous signing that cost Everton tens of millions of pounds, by that utter disgrace Bill Kenwright or "Chairman Bill" as he self titled himself.
All to keep people quiet as he sold off Richarlison
Fans who put money into Everton Football Club are paying it
Why it is important
Why the club has been ran like a circus. People act like Everton is a charity when it's a business
Over £5.2 million a year for a player who did not play. People wonder why we have had relegation battles?
When you waste resources like that you will struggle because resource is not contributing to performance of the business
Bill Kenwright and Co. deserve castigating for this wastage of our money
I've been going mad about this for months/years on twitter @Eggs
I'd say we've lost about £25 million at least on him. He should never ever have been signed
I also can't believe some of our fans. I literally saw people say "pay the £10 million" (to Spurs) plus give him a new contact etc on twitter
After the interview he did.
People in our fanbase make decisions on emotion (involving tens of millions of pounds). Kenwright played on this overly emotional view and sentimentality our fans have
I do think some in the fanbase have little grasp that the club isn't a charity it's a business and needs to make business decisions
He was signed purely to boost egomaniac Bill Kenwright's profile in my view. See tweet Kenwright signing players was cited as a reason to keep Kenwright at the club by club-propaganda
I for one am glad to see the back of those days. Once and for all. Our club needs running like any business should. As a business.
Still furious at how much money we have wasted. It's all of our money. Wasted. Again. By Kenwright
We paid nothing up front. It was a free loan deal where we covered wages. We have not though.

Wish him well of course but we got docked 10pts last season and can't afford contracts for players not playing. Simple as that
We paid nothing up front. It was a free loan deal where we covered wages.
What money? Are you a sponsor or a TV company? It's OUR business. It is OUR money that we put into the club
