I think his performance now gives Ancelotti the option of sending Virginia out on loan if he thinks that would be the right move. 3rd choice for first team and play some u23 when games don't clash. If Virginia stays he will be 1st choice u23 keeper. Either way its encouraging he didn't seem phased.

Bring him in as a special ‘under-23s’ goalie development coach. Pay him £100k a year + 2% of any profits made from player turnover.

it’s an area where a pretty ordinary player can go for big money. Would be a good fiscal appointment.
