For me, if other players come in alongside him and he is part of an actual plan then I am all for it. The problem with the previous signings, that people are comparing him to, was there was little planning, at times they have had decent performances but consistently there was no direction, there was no plan B and at times there didn't seem to be a plan A.
At the right price and in the right direction, with regards to other transfers, then I say, let's see how it goes.
I haven't seen enough of him but the fact that he was part of a Spurs team finishing high up, even though seems a bit of outcast now says that there is a player there, it is whether we have that thought process to not just be jumping in blind and it is because the manager, coaches, scouting team, etc. have analysed what they want and he fits into that.
