If they are as gash as all that, how come we had the third best defensive record in the league last year?

Because we set up very defensively, some of the time we had seven defenders on the pitch and some games we were happy to not even bother attacking the oppostition goal.

last season we were a defensive minded team, sometimes the tactics from the off was to sit back and defend.
this season we are more attacking with fellaini higher up so expect us to concede more goals.

he openly came out and said he would love a move to city or barcelona. decent player on his day but not in the same mould as jags.

if arsenal had made a bid for heitinga he would of forced through the move, jags kept quiet on both occasions, even though he wouldnt of said no to arsenal, thats a player who "gets" the club

Jags is a great defender, but watching him trying to play football, and seeing him hoof the ball makes my eyes bleed.

Even my 7 year old son asks why he hoofs it all the time !!

Heitinga should be starting games at centre half. He was our best player last season.

I've always thought Jagielka and Distin were a bit of a dodgy partnership, and conceding 4 goals in two games would suggest that this is the case.

Either Distin or Jags needs to be dropped for Heitinga.
