My RS mate seems to think Roberto called Holgate 'son of a whore' in Portuguese.

He did ( apparently ) but that's in clear view of the cameras and not what Holgate reacts to which is something else.

If Firmino was Norwegian then I would understand them all being language experts, however, he's not and they don't know Portuguese.

Holgate, Walsh and Allardyce went to the referee after the game to make an official complaint that a racist word was used.

How do you or anybody else for that matter know what was said? For the 300th time, Kenny was blocking the camera when he said what he was alleged to have said.

We know for a fact he said something as his mouth was moving when Kenny moved out of the way. We just dont know if it was a racist insult.

People still using this all over the place including the Mirror getting their own translator in (how convenient they had One on standby Friday night).

This is the same mirror who yesterday were still claiming that the matter was sorted out at half time which we knew was totally false when the club reported the incident after the game as manager, player & director of football went to the referee personally.

There is footage of Holgate angrily telling the referee that Firmino called him the 'N' word. So the son of a whore thing has no relevance really. Unless they find a camera angle of that exact word nothing will happen.
