Horse Racing

Threw a last minute bet on Santiago (£10) there purely because of the Moore/O’Brien combo. Only bet on their horses in three races (don’t tend to bet on horses) and got two winners and a third.

...never enjoyed a Royal Ascot meeting so much. It’s probably because of lockdown. I very much concentrate on NH season and Cheltenham in particular but its good to get competitive racing back.

i only had one Ascot ante-post, Golden Horde @ 16-1 (and I’ve got it in a double with Mogul in the Derby) so the 40-1 winner I also had yesterday has put me a touch ahead with one day to go. I’m only backing to small stakes, love the two Wokingham handicaps today.

Had a decent bet on Art Power yesterday. Followed then by three losers. So just about ahead. Better than getting beat.
Today I'm going for just two. Quadrilateral and Pinatubo. Both beaten favourites in the recent 1000 and 2000 guineas. Both could be better now for a run under their belts. Both could be out to recoup losses. Who knows?
That's my punt for today. That's my limit.

On a betting front I'm going to do only one decent size bet tomorrow.
No horses. I'm going for Richarlson to score at anytime. Must see what price he is. Might also have a small punt on him getting a brace. And maybe a small punt on one of our defenders to score at anytime. Not sure yet. Maybe plump for Digne. And hope he has a few shots.
Anyhow......some decent tipsters on here. Some decent outsiders have been tipped recently. Well done. Be lucky folks.......be lucky.
