…final decs for the National, Fortescue sneaks in at no40, meaning one of the ones I put up, Commodore is missing out by one. It’s first reserve. Anybody who backed it will get monies back.

…it was entered for that as a bit of insurance (he also had an entry for tomorrows Topham but they obviously haven’t given up hope of getting in the big one). They have until 1pm tomorrow & if nothing pulls out of the National he’ll run in that handicap chase.

Skybet overpaid me yesterday. I had Pied Piper on a money back bet if placed. They paid me out on the dead heat, and then later returned my stake after it had been demoted to second following stewards enquiry. Strangely the stake return was actually higher than the win payout lol

Fully expected the error to have been reversed when I logged onto my account this morning but it hasn't. If they did that with everyone who had Pied Piper it would have cost them a few bob.
