Horse Racing

Lossiemouth to go for the mares hurdle at Cheltenham next year then a crack at the champion the following according to Rich Ricci. 7/2 right now

Obviously March is a long time away and lot of things can change but would imagine she would be odds on come March with clean bill of health and is in the field for the mares, 7/2 could be the heist of the century, but go with caution as I’ve stated

Does anyone have any shares in a horse? I’m currently looking into it been wanting to do it for years and almost set a syndicate up myself something I’m also looking into, so if anyone has any info would be great thanks. Always loved horses from a young age and started following horse racing from about 13 when my grandad put a treble on for me and it came in. At 18 I applied to join an apprentice scheme at Newmarket Where you worked with the horses my Mrs became pregnant and that put an end to that. So almost 20 years on here’s my attempt to get involved with horse racing 😂

I have had a couple with the Owners Group syndicate who both made it to the course and been placed so I got a little back but not enough to cover the yearly fee which is about £50.

I only do it for a bit of interest and I managed to choose a horse with my favourite trainer which is why I choose to still do it. I am never going to get rich but then I am never going to be able to afford a horse in my own right and I get to feel a small part of my favourite sport.

If you don't build up your hopes too much I would recommend it and you never know you could get lucky as Stage Star who won the RSA and Pentland Hillls who won the Triumph a few years back are both in the syndicate.

Brilliant mate where are they based? And where are you? Yes definitely not an investment just adds some interest and some of them you get to visit the yard a couple of times a year and the gallops once plus owners badges for some races, all a bit of fun, thanks for the reply mate.

….super talented but the Mares Hurdle is a few furlongs more than the Mares Novice Hurdle she won at this years Festival. I had her at fancy prices in March but she’s not in my book for next year at those odds this far out.

I really like Gala Marceau & took plenty of the 33-1 on her. She finished just behind Lossiemouth in March but has beaten her last season. She emphatically won a hot race in France last month over 2m 3f which saw her price shaved to 12-1.

The boy buggerers in top hats there. "Yarr yaarrr great race wonderful filly may I ask is that your son?"

"It's one of the jockeys"

"Oh haha yarr yaarrr erm do you have a son? A young one perhaps?"

Horrible tory scum.

Cashed out on the massive O'Brien drifting fav there and backed the Frankie mount at the last second.

Aftertiming I know, but those dirty drifters from O'Brien - you have to react.
