Won't win a supreme jumping like he did today.

….some engine, though. Best price 4-1 now.

Patrick Mullins, assistant to his father, said: “The engine is massive. After half a mile I thought this horse can’t win on his first run in six months when he’s pulling like that on heavy ground.

“Because he was keen Paul didn’t want to let him jump and he didn’t jump, so he’d every reason to get beaten and still won.

“It looked to me like he took a blow after the second-last and you could see Paul went down and gave him a squeeze and came with a run down to the last. He kept everything tight down to the last and there should be a lot of improvement there.

“I think in a faster run race, being let jump, he’ll improve. Paul couldn’t let him jump today because he would have been even keener and jumping his way to the front. I wouldn’t be worried about his jumping in a stronger run race.

“I think he’s probably had a hard race today and I wouldn’t be surprised if he went straight to Cheltenham.”

…I have him in my book at 33-1 Sup and 50-1 Turn, so that’s a very nice position for the time being (plenty of multiples too).

Had him in a few special offer doubles today with Lecky Watson, including both to win by 3L or more (surprised me because I didn’t think Mundi won that far), which largely covers my outlay ;)

…..another one that’s being given a severe haircut in the Triumph betting is Lulamba. I got him in my book last year at 33s when he was mentioned on my racing forum. He had won on debut in France and was sold to be trained in this country.

Anyway, he’s with Nicky Henderson and since he got an entry to run this weekend he’s been battered in the betting (as low as 5-1 with firms offering NRNB, Bet 365 have a special boosted 12-1 at the moment). Maybe the bookies are running scared that he could be the next Sir Gino, but you’d have to think stable money is at play here.

He could be hype, but he’ll certainly be interesting to watch if he turns up and the weather allows this weekend.

…Lulamba wins impressively on debut, the hype might be justified now as low as 6/4 TH (yes, I am on at 33s ).

Willie has one in the bumper today that's getting a few positive mentions. Adiemus. Won the race last year with Jasmin de veuax who won after at Cheltenham also ran other good ones in it over the years.
It's 33s for cheltenham in places might be worth a look

…40-1 TWAF with Hills, he was the same price with PP but they gave it a haircut to 25-1 about 45mins ago.

Bit of a minefield this years CB, I’m hoping your Amen Kate might turn up.
