How do fans protest?

… ummmm … what? When we are only the second team in history to do something so bad it’s not going to work to play the “under the circumstances” card. Over all the decades there have been lots of circumstances. He’s still accomplishing negative records at an almost unheard of rate. He’s bad compared with the entire history of the league. Not just this year and these circumstances. Astonishing comment. Just so insane. This is don’t look up territory with some of you. Get this disaster out of our club he’s poisoning people’s minds.
Circumstances have been accumulating for decades. They have crippled what we can put in the pitch. Dyche isn’t the problem as much as your poison says it is

I’m saying changing the manager isn’t going to change the lack of resources and the squad and it’s injuries.
I’m also saying protesting at the manager and players isn’t going to have any positive outcomes on the pitch.
Correct.

But a different manager changes the gameplan, changes the starting lineup, makes different substitutions.

We have a decent enough squad even with the injuries to have been able to garner more than zero points from our first four matches, surely?

Is the squad decent? Everybody on here has seen decent players and I’m not being funny but even much maligned players like Mirallas, Osman (who nobody hated like me), Distin and even people like Arouna Kone would be a gigantic upgrade over McNeil, Keane, Tarkowski and whoever plays in midfield would they not?

We don’t even have a back four mate.
Keane is our least injured defender. Let’s Potterball our way out of that one shall we?

Go and get your footy fix by watching a team local to you, whoever that may be.

I know quite a few who’ve jibbed Everton for Marine and they’re much happier now, plus you’re supporting something worthwhile, not one of Putins bagmen and the corruption of the Premier League.
I’ll add to this that just because your dad made you watch football doesn’t mean it’s the be all and end all as far as sport is concerned. There’s a lot out there, try it

Spot on my mate, one of my lads started playing rugby union when he was very young and is still playing today. Once I understood the rules ( took a while like ) I fell in love with the game.

I honestly believe that the malaise, inertia, and general fatigue of EFC, has now infected the fan-base.

Most of us are just too weary to even bother.

Our travelling fans remain magnificent, and I expect if it kicks off it will be on them.

If it starts getting a bit hairy then the fans will always mobilise regardless of fatigue.

I think this season the fans will have to mobilise again. We 100% have to getting behind this team regardless of the manager situation.

I genuinely believe when the fanbase comes together it's an extra man.

I can't believe there's people still willing to defend a manager, who's only won five league games in the calendar year so far.
I can’t believe there’s people who think replacing Dyche will make any difference.
We need players back and fit, and a board/owner that will sort out our finances so we can improve the squad.

The only thing that sacking Dyche will do is to get the heat of the Owner/Boards back for another 18months. A Classic Kenwright manoeuvre that fans will fall for yet again.
There needs to be actual change at the top, not sacrificing managers.

Its just to late now. There's absolutely no point in protesting, the damage is long done. A protest now would just be about making yourself look good and feeling better about not doing anything when it mattered. All the same stupid none arguments we've heard still apply "you'll disrupt the team" "now isn't the time!" Ect, ect, ect. You made your beds happy clappers, so just lie in it and accept your part in this fiasco.
