How do fans protest?

you can’t do all those things mate it’s just impossible

It is possible for some lad. My brother has stopped showing any interest in the games. I tell him the scores sometimes and he's like meh no surprise there then.

I'm aiming to be like that myself within the next year but it's easier said than done.

Is the squad decent? Everybody on here has seen decent players and I’m not being funny but even much maligned players like Mirallas, Osman (who nobody hated like me), Distin and even people like Arouna Kone would be a gigantic upgrade over McNeil, Keane, Tarkowski and whoever plays in midfield would they not?
No

Stop going, stop watching, stop buying the terrible shirt they release every year and just don’t allow your life to revolve around a football team that’s been absolutely useless for 40 years
I don't think it was by accident that we sold a ridiculous amount of season tickets, Moshiri knew that fans would be stuck going games even when we were doing crap. If we were playing against Southampton in a half empty stadium, media might take more. Some teams like United, Liverpool and Spurs have cheerleaders in media who will turn them losing into a crisis, which puts pressure on manager. AVB and Roy Keane made this point how managers with identical records were treated differently by media. Sadly our ex players in media, were all in Kenwrights pocket, other than Southall. Compare how media have reacted to RS losing once, with us losing for the 4th time in a row.

I think the media don’t take any interest in Everton because they haven’t been relevant in 30 odd years. They’re also the second team in a City that is associated to pretty much everybody other than Evertonians with the colour red so are an afterthought for local journalists. The league and media only want to highlight teams that generate them more revenue and exposure so Everton aren’t going to get any kind of national coverage in the same way somebody like Southampton also aren’t.

I know we all hate Kenwright etc. but there isn’t some kind of conspiracy as to why Everton don’t get talked about. They’re not worth talking about.

We have lost our opening 4 games. We lost to Brighton 3-0, Spurs 4-0 and we have lost 2 goal leads in 2 games running. I find it amazing that fans chanted against Allardyce, yet he got us to 8th. Dyche openly disrespects our fans and belittles us, yet fans just accept it. Considering last protest during game was met with fans getting abuse against Arsenal. Has anyone got any ideas how to make our feelings heard? Because we are just sleepwalking to relegation.

Because we are ground down.

Disillusioned.

Instead oz Z Cars the team should enter the pitch with the old The The song belting out….The Beaten Generation :pint2:

A team that has been starring relegation in the face for years - has now had repeated transfer windows where we've sold more than we've bought.

I'm sure I read we're the only Prem team who have made profits in 3 successive summer transfer windows.

It's staggering really - not a peep from fans towards the ownership regarding it.

We've all just accepted it is what it is.

Fatigue tends to set in during the 4th season of constant relegation battles. It happened with Sunderland, happened with Villa, fans just gave up in the end and stopped going. Grounds were half empty and both of them went down with about 20 points in the end. I wonder if we can muster up another season of fight to be honest.
Depressingly so.

I still maintain that it was the fans that dragged this club out of the mire the first couple of times. The club was on its knees but the fans showed that they weren't prepared to accept a small time club. Thankfully (?) the points deduction galvanised us.

This year... what will galvanise us? Last season at Goodison? I just don't know. The fans can only do it so many times. With no competent owner demanding certain standards are met, no board, a manager without any pressure if he fails, a squad with huge holes in key positions and some players likely with an eye on the exit door who can blame the fans if they have had enough.

I argued against Kenwright for 20 years while people openly clapped him, and he blatantly lied to the fans face while filling his mates pockets taking loans off them.
The fans never protested against that, I definitely wouldn’t be protesting against a man who has spent hundreds of millions and got us a new ground, upgraded Goodison, built the hub on speller lane and also entered talks with numerous parties. As bad as Moshiri is, it’s all down to being actually clueless rather than using the club for his own personal means.

An absolute idiot for sure…but it is hard to disagree with that assessment.
