How do we fix our club?

A board with no strategy
A manager who can't organise a team
A captain who can't lead
A keeper who can't command his box
A defence who can't head a ball or jump
A midfield who can't create chances
Attackers who can't score

Where to start?

In all honesty do you think our fan base is going to be anywhere near 50k IF the new ground is built, at this rate we will be lucky to get 12k fans who can be bothered buying a season ticket. We are rapidly becoming another Sunderland, sheff wed, forest. The clubs literally dying around us and we don't seem able to revive it. Back the manager for a few seasons. Sounds grim but we've got to show him some faith and give him a few windows to try and build a squad. Miss spent money has ruined us, the moyes years of building a hardworking squad on a paper thin budget have got to return. We ain't going to attract big names anymore and we certainly can't afford then either. I'd probably look at replacing Brands with a a more suited DOF to look at bringing in youth and bargains from lesser league's.

How do we fix our club…

Gut it, year the entire thing down.

When you have rot, you remove it. What we have is stagnant, it’s not effective. Kenwright has been around far too long, he’s got too much of an influence, get rid.

Bring in football minded people, and businesses minded people. Run the organisation like a Baseball team, and have factors with the business side and the football side, nurture people to take over and understand what it takes (•Liverpool did it, and they’re self sufficient).

Get the squad and look at what you need… I look at all the great recent English champions, Liverpool, City even United all have sides assembled of big personalities, players who may not necessarily be brilliant, Neville, Stones, Henderson, but they have the personality to get you where you you need to be.

Gut the players who are losers, who can’t step up, and players who are past it need replacing, so your Keanes, Rondons, Holgates, they’re awful, they’re not going to get us up the table.
If you build a lot group bred on winning, it’ll soon spread. We’ve spent £500m on nothing, now we’re rebuilding on next to nothing, but it’s doable, just shake the “people’s club”, family tag and step up.

It’s a game which doesn’t wait for those asleep, and we’ve delayed for so long now that we’re arguably the 14th best team in the league, you can’t attract good players that way.

We have wasted far to much money on players who should not be putting on a Everton shirt. Prime example we keep playing Iwobi he is simply not good enough. The recent run of games we can't pass the ball.... we can't keep the ball.. . we stand off 5 yards.... we don't close down and keep getting dominated. We need a complete overhaul. I know its not all about money but we need to get rid of players who are just robbing a wage and not putting in a shift. Any one have any ideas ?
