Go to bed at 11.30pm or later,get up for work at 4.45am,plus wake up at least 5 times a night-weird though i can say wake up at about 4am and feel as though i can get up without feeling tired,but then fall back asleep to then waking up at 4.30 and feeling wrecked.
Try to get between 7-8, can function off 6 for a couple of nights but then I crash and need to catch up. Any more and I just feel groggy and unmotivated.
