How much sleep do you need..............

I like to get a good 10 hours in, followed by a 1 hour doze, lunch and afternoon snoozes before I go the pub get home and fall asleep......
 
Go to bed at 11.30pm or later,get up for work at 4.45am,plus wake up at least 5 times a night-weird though i can say wake up at about 4am and feel as though i can get up without feeling tired,but then fall back asleep to then waking up at 4.30 and feeling wrecked.
 
Try to get between 7-8, can function off 6 for a couple of nights but then I crash and need to catch up. Any more and I just feel groggy and unmotivated.
 


Regularly function on five hours during the week but I will make up for that at weekends with at least eight or nine on a Friday and Saturday.

Can function on a lot less (two to three) if work requires it for a few days at a time, although I'll then need a massive catch up sleep.
 
Woke at 7:46am today, then back asleep too 1ish.

Depression is mangling me at the moment
