I've rigged up a separate tank of dettol to feed the shower, saves time and you can literally see the guilt and dna swirling round the plug hole.

4 times a week, Monday Wednesday Friday then go swimming Every Saturday or Sunday and shower at the pool.

Once, in the evening before bed, got to be clean for bed or can't sleep. If I don't I end up getting at shower at about 3am then fall straight to sleep.
