Twice a day most days. I’ll shower first thing before I go the gym, because I hate scruffs who stink of BO in the gym, then I’ll shower in the gym after my session.

Right bunch of clean freaks in here ffs. Think of all the energy you have to supply for freaks showering unnecessarily every day, let alone twice a day.

Why's that mate? It sounds like you're using towels that are too small?

Wouldn't using a bigger towel dry you quicker and at the same time reduce the amount of laundry to be done afterwards?
