Seriously, kids would choose one club over the other due to the brand of kit?

If that's the case then sling them....Ungrateful snotty nosed brats...

Well yeah thats sad, I reckon its more to do with Liverpool being world champions and us being utter dirt that has a bigger effect though.
Of course it is, but like I said, they need something to have pride in. He was proud of Pickford a year ago and wore his Everton keeper kit all the time even though he's not a keeper. At the moment he's not proud of anything Everton related. These things definitely have an impact. Look at the way adults are talking about Ancelotti changing the way we're viewed. It's a million times more important to kids, but Ancelotti doesn't mean anything to them unfortunately. The more little things we have that the future fans can take pride in (like the new stadium) the better.

I don't really agree with you there. In general sure, wearing a tracksuit different to the norm could lead to mockery, wearing a club based one wouldn't though and I don't think kids see that, they see it as an Everton trackie, not a Hummel (or whoever) one.

Anyway they will wear it once they realize how dapper they will look with the sexy chevrons.

No kid in Liverpool is going to wear a brand that they think will get them to mocked. Yeah they’ll wear the kits, but they’re not going to want the trackies or whatever. You don’t see any kids walking round Liverpool in Umbro Everton trackies, you won’t with Hummel. You would with Under Armour, Adidas, Nike etc..

I would Kelme if they gave us an EFC version of this:

Oh yeah, takes a little bit of everything. Its why I don't get people who say they are not bothered about the kit. Its all part of the clubs identity.

Greetings folks.
i'm a Liverpool based Coventry fan here with 2 Evertonian sons....never intended posting on this forum, just wanted to lurk for any rumours to pass on to my lads but felt obliged to show you what you're all moaning about!

Hummel are capable of amazing work and are happy to produce unique designs, so its an opportunity for Everton to differentiate & not just be another corporate whore of a club like...well, you know who.

Anyway, Heres wishing you blues happier times ahead as Carlo turns it all around.....it could be worse....believe me!

Probably would you know.
Especially kids outside the catchment area.
Spurs lecoq sportif around 1980s was a cracker in my youth.

Spurs Hummel kits were quite nice in the 80's too actually. Forgot they did them.

A kit may catch a kids eye. Don't know if it would make them support them forever though. I think its a big pull in people who have "second teams" abroad etc.
