There is still some sort of deal with Kitbag (now called Fanatics), but its not the same deal as we had years ago. Fanatics are responsible for the sale and distribution of Everton merchandise. Originally this was only through the Everton Club shop, either online or the 2 located in Liverpool. They relaxed this though and have done deals with other high street retailers and global retailers. But I think for many international fans their only way to get a kit is online. Which can be frustrating when they go into their local sports store and see Kits from all the other premier league teams

Yeah the original deal was madness, went a few years back to JJB in Speke to get my dad a new Everton shirt. Could get Chelsea Man Utd Liverpool spurs and a couple of others in there but no Everton shirt. Ended up going to Everton 2 to get it but kinda crazy not to sell in sport shops

That LCS home shirt above is amazing. Fans clamour for the Amber away, but the amber trim, on the home kit was a quality touch. That said, the other LCS home shirts the "vee", was a bad effort, and the plain blue shirt, was just uninspiring.

Nike with the stupidly long white bands in season one, and then the stupid armbands and collar on the second season were abysmal.

Your right, the third Le Coq effort was great. The first Nike shirt was fine in long sleeves but I agree the others were poor

Rumours are home kit will be shown within a week and on sale the start of July. Still got to announce the sleeve sponsor. Some have already said there will be supply issues because of Covid, but I take that with a pinch of salt.

You'd have to imagine we'd be wearing the new kit on the pitch if it's on sale.

Does anyone know for sure if our deals with Umbro / SportPesa expire when the season finishes, or on a set date (30th June, for instance).

Obviously what's happened this season is unprecedented and was unforeseeable. So you'd imagine these rights - as with player contracts - have end dates as opposed to being sold in bunches of whole-seasons.

Rodwell looks like that kid who's got his new kit for summer hols and has been made to pose in front the swimming pool or something.
My favourite home shirts are the 07/08 effort, the LCS amber collar and the 97/99 one2one shirt.

The club has already said that we will wear the current umbro/sportpesa/angrybirds kit for the remaining premier league games. I think this is because it could be argued we have not completed the season and would therefore have to hand money back to these companies if we changed kits now. A bit of a weird situation, but I think most premier league teams will be the same.
Often we launch the 3 kits in July, August and September, so I imagine that will continue, unless there is a massive strategic change

If that’s true, then I find it hard to imagine we’ll be selling the new kit before the end of the season.

I’ve heard that there won’t be any socks on sale for the home kit til January. So any kids and FKW’s who want the full kit will be out of luck.
